Service Terms
These terms govern the use of Rankvelto’s managed link-building service. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or submitting a campaign brief, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
1. The service
Rankvelto provides managed monthly link-building campaigns. Depending on the plan, a campaign includes publisher sourcing, content creation, outreach, placement management, quality assurance, reporting, and replacement support — delivered and tracked in the client dashboard.
Plan scope — monthly placement volume, publisher DR range, traffic range, link types, approval process, and replacement window — is as published on the plans page for the plan you purchase. Placement counts describe the delivery target for a paid cycle.
2. Ordering, payment, and when work begins
Plans bill monthly, in advance. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including cryptocurrency payment processors; Rankvelto does not store your payment credentials.
Campaign work begins after payment confirmation and completed onboarding. A cycle’s delivery clock starts when the team approves the campaign brief, not at the moment of payment.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate onboarding brief: target URLs, markets, anchor guidance, and brand requirements.
- Only submit campaigns that comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
- Respond to approval requests in a timely way where your plan includes approvals — delayed decisions can shift delivery within the cycle.
- Keep your account credentials secure and your billing contact up to date.
4. Approvals and delivery
Where your plan includes approval, proposed placements are submitted with domain metrics, estimated traffic range, niche, country focus, and placement type. You may approve, reject, or request an alternative from the approvals dashboard.
Every live link passes a quality-assurance checklist before it counts toward the cycle quota. The dashboard is the official delivery record for approvals, QA-passed live links, reports, tickets, and renewal status; email and Telegram messages are convenience notifications only.
5. Replacement support
If a QA-verified placement is removed or materially altered within your plan’s replacement window (30 days on Starter, 60 on Growth, 90 on Authority, custom terms on Enterprise / Agency), replacement support applies: Rankvelto sources and delivers a replacement placement of comparable quality.
Replacement is the remedy for lost placements. Replacement support does not cover changes you request to a live placement, sites that alter content in ways that keep the link intact, or placements outside their window.
6. Renewals, upgrades, and downgrades
The renewal window opens 14 days before the next cycle. Early renewal can preserve delivery priority when eligible. Unpaid cycles pause new delivery work.
Upgrade requests are reviewed against capacity. Downgrades usually take effect at the next cycle and cannot silently alter active delivery work.
7. Refunds
Completed or committed work is not refundable unless the final agreement says otherwise. Committed work includes placements already sourced, content already produced, and publisher commitments already made for your cycle.
If you believe a cycle has been charged in error, or nothing has been committed against a payment, contact support through the dashboard or the contact page and the team will review it.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand, website, and materials you supply, and grant Rankvelto a license to use them to deliver the campaign. Content produced for placements is created to be published on third-party websites; once published, it remains subject to the publisher’s own terms.
Placements live on websites Rankvelto does not own or control. Publishers may update their sites independently; that is what replacement support (section 5) exists for.
9. No guarantees of outcomes
Rankvelto commits to delivering the placements, quality ranges, and process described by your plan. Search-engine rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on factors outside any provider’s control, and Rankvelto makes no guarantee of specific SEO outcomes.
10. Confidentiality
Rankvelto keeps your campaign details, target URLs, reports, and commercial terms private. Rankvelto’s publisher network, supplier arrangements, and internal costs are its confidential information and are not disclosed in client-facing surfaces.
11. Acceptable use, suspension, and termination
Campaigns must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Rankvelto may refuse, pause, or terminate campaigns that violate it, that create legal exposure, or that cannot be delivered transparently.
You may choose not to renew at any time; paid cycles run to completion under these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, confidentiality, liability, IP) survive termination.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankvelto’s total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the three months preceding the claim, and Rankvelto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Changes to these terms
Rankvelto may update these terms. Material changes are announced via the dashboard or email before they take effect; continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance. The version on this page is the current one, dated above.
