Acceptable Use Policy
Rankvelto accepts only lawful, approved commercial campaigns. Every campaign is reviewed at onboarding and must comply with publisher rules, payment-provider requirements, internal policy, and applicable law. This page sets out what is refused outright, what needs case-by-case review, and how the platform itself may be used.
1. Prohibited campaigns
Campaigns in these categories are refused, and discovered violations are terminated:
- Illegal products or services in the campaign’s target market, including illegal drugs and weapons.
- Any sexual content involving minors — absolute, zero tolerance, reported where required.
- Malware, phishing, spyware, or software designed to deceive or harm users.
- Fraud and scams: fake reviews or testimonials presented as genuine, counterfeit goods, pyramid or advance-fee schemes, or deliberately deceptive health, financial, or earnings claims.
- Content that incites hatred or violence, or that harasses or doxxes individuals.
- Campaigns for sanctioned entities or that would breach applicable sanctions or export rules.
- Infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights.
2. Restricted categories — reviewed case by case
Some sectors are accepted only where the campaign is lawful in its target market, compliant with the publishers involved, and approved during onboarding review:
- Gambling and iGaming
- Cryptocurrency, trading, and financial services
- Adult content (where lawful)
- CBD and regulated wellness products
- Pharmaceuticals and medical claims
- Political and advocacy campaigns
3. Quality and transparency rules
- Anchor text and landing pages must not misrepresent what the destination offers.
- Campaigns that cannot be delivered transparently — where the work would depend on hiding the true advertiser or destination — are refused.
- Rankvelto may decline anchors, content angles, or target pages that would breach a publisher’s editorial rules even when the campaign itself is acceptable.
4. Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to identify, contact, or deal with Rankvelto’s publishers and suppliers directly to circumvent the service.
- Do not scrape, probe, or attempt to access other clients' data or non-public areas of the platform.
- Reselling and white-label use are welcome where your plan includes them (for example, white-label reporting on Authority and Enterprise / Agency) — presenting Rankvelto’s work as produced in-house is fine; reselling access to the dashboard itself requires written agreement.
- Do not use the platform to send spam or to abuse the support and approval workflows.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, Rankvelto may warn, pause the campaign, refuse specific placements, or terminate the account. Where a campaign is terminated for a violation of this policy, committed work is treated under the refund terms of the Service Terms.
To report a violation or ask whether a campaign qualifies, use the contact page — borderline sectors are usually a quick pre-sales answer.
The Service Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund & Replacement Policy together form Rankvelto’s service agreement. Questions? Contact the team.
